Both my Dishwasher and Dryer stopped working. I called Fred and made an appointment with his wife. Communications with his wife were outstanding. Fred called to let me know he was on schedule for the appointment and came on time, he diagnosed and fixed both for a very reasonable price. Fred is a craftsmen not just a parts replacer.. My dishwasher wiring harness was attacked by mice. He rebuilt it and all worked perfectly. I highly recommend Derry appliance repair. 11/28/2023 update: My heating element on my dryer failed last Sunday. I called Fred and Ann and made an appointment for him to fix it. I also asked if he gets a cancellation sooner to call me and fit me in. He did and, as usual, came earlier and diagnosed repaired and tested the appliance. You can count on and trust Derry Appliance Repair to do right by you. These are good people.
